The Whole Truth about MLM and Network Marketing

The fact is that most of you have heard about network marketing and much of it – delusion, whose spread was aided by recruiters and some of his detractors. Below are the five most common myths about network marketing.

1. Network Marketing – it is nothing but a pyramid.

Pyramids are illegal investment schemes, which are not associated with the product – or, more precisely, investment schemes are themselves the product. Network marketing, on the other hand, is a way to sell a product by word of mouth. Like any other business, the more a person works for you, selling the product, the more money you earn. Your network as it develops, will build their income, but only if you are based on the quality, good and useful product that people want to buy.

2. Network marketing is a get-rich-quick scheme.

Few people can get rich quick, light work. Like any other home business, network marketing business takes time for their growth. You will not see these five-figure incomes in the first month you are in this business. You will have to spend much time developing its network and building a team of successful sales and then you start to see consistent revenue stream.

3. Network marketing is so simple that anyone can do it.

If this were true, then network marketing does not display a 95% bounce. The truth is that network marketing requires hard work, dedication and development of specialized skills in sales, and in control – then you really start to see real money until you are managing a team of successful sales and effectively manage staff.

4. The only way to succeed in network marketing – a sign of your friends and neighbors.

If you’re relying on the “warm prospects” – your friends, neighbors and friends – your prospects will melt fairly quickly. The only way to earn real money online or MLM is expanding its marketing network, and learn how to generate leads.

5. You can do a lot of money in network marketing, not selling.

Whether we like it or not, if you join a MLM, you will sell. This is a question that you’re actually selling. The biggest mistake made by most new network marketers, is to focus its efforts on building lower levels to create a market.

Look at it this way. In reputable MLM you will have at least two streams of income. First – this will be the commission on actual sales. Second – the residual income from sales made by your team. This second stream will be increased, if (and when) members of your team will create their own group. When you first start in network marketing, the most significant revenue stream will come from your own sales commissions. To the extent that, as you build your team, more and more of your income will come from the second stream – and the size of this flow depends on you. The way you can teach those who will stand by you, as a product to sell and teach others to sell goods. How can you teach your team to do what you have not done yourself?

Of course, network marketing, you can earn. If this was not, MLM scheme would not be so widespread. The key to success in network marketing as in any other work is the ongoing efforts. This is the only sure way to success.
